We inform you that Mr. Roberto Parucker has left the Board of Directors of Cotesa Engenharia on April 30, 2017.

Assim, damos as boas-vindas ao Sr. Renato Quadros, que atua na companhia desde 2007, mas que passou a responder pela Diretoria Técnica a partir de 1 de maio.

Renato Quadros is an electrical engineer graduated from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Post-graduated in Business Management from the State University of Santa Catarina in 2001, and Master in Administration by the Superior School of Administration and Management ESAG–UDESC in 2004. He worked for 28 years at Eletrosul (1978 to 2006), performing functions as: Head of DVTS Substation Operation Sector, responsible for operating the substations of the ELETROSUL Transmission System in SC and RS; Head of the Substation Operation Engineering Sector of the System Operation Department; Regional Manager of Mato Grosso do Sul, responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Company's Transmission System in Mato Grosso do Sul; Manager of the Transmission Operation Division, responsible for implementing the Eletrosul Operation Center and activities related to pre and post-operation; System Operation Department Manager; Technical advisor to the Engineering and Business Advisory Services to the Technical Board.
