To maintain the certificates, Cotesa implemented mechanisms to control processes, products and services, started the risk analysis in the management system, maintained its involvement with stakeholders, and started to determine its environmental impacts, considering a life cycle perspective . “We are ensuring the continuity of the business and valuing conservation actions and reducing the impacts on the services provided”, emphasizes Junklaus.

The certification was delivered in the second half of 2017 and the audit was carried out by the accredited certification organization Bureau Veritas Certification Brasil.
