The Cotesa Engineering received an award for "Best Companies to Work for in Brazil", the Institute Great Place to Work (GPTW). This week, the outstanding seal in the Energy segment was celebrated in the Value Chain category, confirming the work of excellence focused on high-performance, healthy and collaborative corporate development

The certificate's main objective is to identify the quality of the work environment and organizational culture, bringing the perception of employees about the company and its leaders. The Cotesa Engineering received the note 90, which means that 90% of staff responded favorably to the questions raised by research in its five categories: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. To get an idea, the GPTW Institute compares the results with the national average of all companies awarded in the 150 Best Companies to Work for in Brazil ranking, which is 88.  

Among the categories analyzed in the certification survey, pride received the highest score. At this point, employees said they feel proud of the role they play in the company, while realizing that they make a difference to the business, reinforcing the positive feeling and willingness to go to work every day. "It was the first time we were submitted to an assessment for this certification, we were able to demonstrate the attention of leaders and managers to create a positive, creative and respectful environment, always striving to be inclusive with all employees and their differences in religion, race and sexual orientation”, celebrates the president of the Cotesa Group, João Junklaus.
