Why giving feedback is important

The candidate's frustration for not having got the job, added to the company's lack of return, are aspects that can cause revolt and repel good talent in the job market.

According to a study by Global Talent Trends, 94% of professionals who apply for vacancies say they would like to receive a response from companies, even if negative.

The survey states that only 41% of them have ever received some kind of feedback after being refused by the organizations. This means that almost 60% of companies do not show concern or empathy for people who have tried to join their professional teams.

Negative feedback is important because it resolves the candidate's doubts about the possibility of being hired, allowing him to fully dedicate himself to other job opportunities that may arise.
