The Cotesa Group is formed by three companies: Engineering, Generation and Commercialization. This union expands the diversity of services offered to customers, in line with the objective of becoming more and more a reference in strategic partnership in the Brazilian electricity sector.

COTESA ENGINEERING

Specialized in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Transmission Lines, Substations and Power Generation Plants, we operate based on four pillars of strategic partnership: trust, knowledge, safety and profit maximization. We add knowledge and know-how to carry out projects so that clients can obtain results and achieve their goals, with process optimization and people's safety.

COTESA ENERGY GENERATOR

Also responsible for two Small Hydroelectric Power Plants (PCHs) in operation in the State of Santa Catarina: PCH Aguti and PCH São Sebastião. Together, they have a total installed capacity of 10.04 MW and use a transmission line of 23 kV and 42.9 km to connect to the National Interconnected System – SIN through the Brusque Rio Branco substation.

COTESA ENERGY TRADING

It operates with short, medium and long-term energy purchase and sale operations on the free market. It has know-how in HEDGEs for generating assets and developing structured operations for free and special consumers.

COTESA MANAGEMENT

Manager of consumers and generators at Free Energy Market and analyzes specific characteristics seeking to optimize results according to the needs of each client.

COTESA DISTRIBUTED GENERATION

Responsible for leasing power plants with up to 5MW of installed power from renewable sources, in the shared generation model, to offset energy from residential consumers and small and medium-sized companies.
