The Cotesa Engineering earned the ISO 45001 certificate, version 2018 for the Management, Operation and Maintenance of Electric Power Transmission System to 525kV. The company underwent an external audit by the Bureau Veritas Certification from September 25th to October 1st and also maintained its ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification.

The certifications refer to processes at the headquarters in Florianópolis/SC and in the field units, located in Santo Ângelo (RS) and in Assis (SP), being for the activities of maintenance of Transmission Lines and Substation maintenance.

According to the coordinator of the Integrated Management System, Renato Pickler, certification is a strategic component and defines requirements for an internationally recognized integrated management system, which proves the continuous search for improvement in the company's management processes. "We demonstrate respect and appreciation for the lives of those who work at the company and this seal is added to the ISO 9001 seals for Quality Management and ISO 14001 for Environmental Management", adds Junklaus
