The mission of Cotesa Engineering is to be a strategic partner of the Brazilian electric sector, but only managed to actually meet this objective through quality of service of our employees. For these actions, in 2020 we were awarded the “Great Place to Work” seal, with rates higher than those of other awarded companies. We received a score of 90, which means that 90% of the team responded favorably to the questions raised by the survey in its five categories: credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and camaraderie.

To give you an idea, the GPTW Institute compares the results with the national average of all companies awarded in the 150 Best Companies to Work for in Brazil ranking, which is 88.  We recognize that this is the first step of a journey that is still we have a lot to evolve, but that we are on the right path.
